Erik was a great asset in the sell of my home, i got the most out of the property. he coordinated all of the contractors to whatever work on the inside of the home. although i had moved out of the home 3 months prior, he had the home staged with furniture which in my opinion really was a selling point/attraction for buyers (more realtors should do this for their clients). home was placed on the market late february 2023 and was sold within 2 weeks then closed the end of march 2023.

Erik is a consummate pro. Very knowledgeable of the business and peels the curtain back so customers can better understand. His advice allowed us to put in a radon mitigations system, and identify other area's of the house we should be aware of (termites, roofing, the whole gambit). He recommended top notch inspectors and loan officers to broaden our pool of resources. His responsiveness is second to none, and he makes it clear you are a priority 24/7.

Erik was amazing through this process. He brought us solid analysis of the market coupled with unique suggestions and ideas that ended up making the whole process way easier than if we'd gone a traditional route. He was always willing to jump in and help with different parts of the process (we do not live in the area anymore so we had to do everything remotely) from taking pictures and videos so we'd see what was going on to getting folks access whenever needed through the process. Erik’s care and attention to detail were amazing. I felt that he truly cared of our opinions and respected every question we asked. As first time home buyers, my wife and I asked a lot of questions and Erik thoughtfully answered all of them. If he did not have the answer right away he got back us within the day. He was extremely personable and understood our wants/needs and helped us get the things we wanted with the negotiations that come with closing on a house. He also was outstanding at the closing day signature meeting. He made us feel very special and made it an extremely comforting and inviting atmosphere.
