     Hello, my name is James Cox.  I am a home builder sales specialist.  I focus on helping people buy homes from home builders.  I've worked 29 years full time in the Indianapolis market.  I worked 12 years for 5 builders and 17 years as a broker.  I've sold more than 1500 builder homes and served as a Vice President of Sales for 1 local and 2 national home builders.
