I joined as Vice President of Agent Development in January and currently manage the training of all new agents joining the company by overseeing the 10-day LEAP training program. I also facilitate all continuing education and ongoing development of the company’s 1,000+ agents through a comprehensive catalog of educational offerings.

I am also an EMT/Firefighter for the Cicero Fire Department and Jackson Township Fire Department.

Born in Fort Wayne,my family moved to Noblesville in 1980. I married my beautiful wife, Debbie, in 1999. We have two children, Emma and Emery, and two dogs. I enjoy family activities, working in the yard and boating.  My passions are my family, real estate and helping others.
