Margie Litz

Margie is thrilled to re-enter the real estate world after a short retirement. With a diverse background spanning decades, her journey has been full of wonderful experiences. Early on in her career, Margie worked with Delta Airlines before dedicating herself to 8 years at home, raising her children. After that, she started an impressive 30 year career in real estate. Much of her career was intertwined with her husband's endeavors as a developer and investor. Together, they navigated various aspects of the industry, from selling new construction and renovations to assisting in development projects.

Margie likes to stay busy!  Every weekday morning, you can find her at 730 am Mass at Holy Rosary Catholic Church.  After that, you will find her on the tennis courts, or walking several miles weekly around downtown Indianapolis. She loves to spend time with friends and family, and especially loves watching her grandkids play sports. 

Now, as Margie returns to this beloved career, she looks forward to reconnecting with past clients and making new connections. She has a deep-seated love for every facet of real estate, and is committed to helping her clients in fulfilling their real estate needs with dedication and expertise.
