My  experience in real estate, as well as a lengthy tenure in the world of retail as a buyer and divisional merchandise manager, has enabled me with the skills necessary to be an effective Realtor/Broker for both buyers and sellers. 

I have strong negotiaton skills coupled with the ability to "crunch" the numbers which is paramount in helping my clients achieve the best results possible on both the buying and selling sides of transactions.  Of supreme importance to me is attention to detail as well as communication with my clients.  

FOR SELLERS I give advice on proper staging of homes and prepare net sheets so that they know from the beginning of the selling process approximately what their proceeds will be upon advancing to the closing table.  I also do a detailed comparative market analysis when sellers list their homes in order that the property will be priced correctly from the time of listing, which is critical for timely selling.

FOR BUYERS I create Buyer costs sheets in order that they understand how much cash is needed for their important purchase and investment, as well as noting other expenditures involved that may be backed into the closing costs, which are required for the property to be purchased. As an additional service to buyers, I also analyze the subdivision/area where they are interested in purchasing their new home so their offer will be an appropriate number for the current market conditions. 

Keeping my clients educated, informed and aware of each step involved in the buying and selling process is of upmost importance to me. I am always available to answer questions, as I realize these are life changing decisions regarding a major investment, and as such no question is ever too small. 

I have strong communication skills and utilize technology in my everyday business practices.  Backed by a very strong independent regional real estate firm, the F. C. Tucker Company, Inc which has been in business in the Indianapolis Metro area since 1918,  plus has offices located throughtout the state of Indiana, I am able to offer ALL my clients top notch marketing and informational data. Thus they are armed to make intelligient deicisions about the imporatant transaction of buying or selling a home or investment property. 

I embrace the latest technlogy to assist in marketing my properties and searching for the perfect home for buyers.  This also is efficient in simplifying the contract process from the point of signing the contract to the day we meet at the closing table to seal the deal.
