Matching people to the home that resonates for them is one of my essential skills. I have always had a great passion for houses, buildings and architecture. I was born in Rome, Italy and like all great cities it carries its own particular ambiance, developed from the beauty and variety of its buildings, forms and structures. All houses have their own atmosphere, in their forms and locations; finding the one that is right for my client gives me tremendous satisfaction.

I have lived in Indiana and the Indianapolis area for over three decades, and this is the place I call home.  I began buying, renovating and selling houses of my own in the early nineties, long before restoring and selling houses became popular on television. This talent gives me the ability to accurately evaluate the innate strengths and weaknesses inherent in houses, grounds and neighborhoods. I see the potential within spaces, and have made recommendations to my buyers, when requested, about everything from taking out walls to selecting light fixtures.

I bring the knowledge and skills from my MBA strongly to bear on my business. I am always abreast of the current real estate market, as well as our national and global economic and financial trends. I am always attentive to, and respectful of, the way each real estate transaction fits into my client's financial plans.  I use the latest technology and resources to evaluate the values of homes and forecast the market’s responses.

Because I love design and decorating, I am very proficient at helping sellers depersonalize their homes, so that interested buyers can project themselves in the now neutral space, making it more desirable as a purchase.

However, I do not consider myself a salesperson. I am a devoted and tireless agent, committed to those I am serving. I always make myself available for the many questions and concerns that inevitably occur when grappling with decisions of such magnitude and importance. It is always my goal to take stress out of my client’s experience whenever and as much as possible.

In addition to my commitment to serve the clients for whom I work, I am passionate about giving back to our community. To that end, for every closed transaction, I return $1,000 of my commission to a charity from a selected list as directed by my clients. This has proved a source of mutual pleasure and satisfaction, especially when together we have delivered the donations to the organizations and witnessed first hand how they impact the lives of others.

As for my family life, I am happily married to IU Health anesthesiologist Jon Kuzmic, and we have three amazing sons. My favorite hobbies are cooking, traveling, decorating, and playing golf and Euchre.  I also delight in spending time in the company of our dearest friends.
