Nancy is an eager, hard working broker and Team Leader of Nancy’s Real Estate Team. Nancy was raised in Martinsville and settled in Mooresville where she has built her business. She built her business out of her love for real estate and has been truly blessed to be able to do what she loves to do for a living.

She enjoys taking the time to get to know her clients in order to understand their wants, needs and expectations. Whether buying or selling the process can be stressful and a little overwhelming at times. She will walk you through every step and make sure you have a clear understanding of the process and your options in order for you to make the best decision for you and your family.

She stays up to date on the current market conditions, new listings and all educational requirements. This allows her to better serve her clients and provide them with the most recent information and negotiate the best price and results. Serving Morgan and all surrounding counties. Nancy was the 2004 Morgan County Division President, Served on the Finance committee at MIBOR, Real Estate Academy of Leadership 2010, along with other social events and committees.
