I found Nathan through a home buyer program with USAA. My requirements were simple, someone not going to push and willing to work when I needed them to. I had an amazing deal on a house that I rented that I could leave at any time and was in no hurry to move. I wanted acres and close to downtown, a combination that does exist but is relatively thin. I worked with Nathan for about two and a half years. He never pushed but was always available to show on a moments notice, with the market at the time this was important. Some houses would have multiple offers the day they listed and we were in on them even though my offer didn't get accepted( I was backup once). The perfect property finally appeared and he helped me get it at a fair price.

Nathan Baurley is hands down the best realtor in Indianapolis. Nathan goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and he can straight up sell homes. He helped me buy my first home in Indianapolis in 2016, and then he helped me sell it in less than a week in 2018. He has let me borrow ladders and tools to paint my house in preparation for selling, he turned on my faucets to help prevent a frozen pipe, and he even helped break down a play set in freezing temperatures to help me get my home ready to close on time. Nathan was a wonderful Realtor! He is very knowledgeable and as a first time Buyer I felt like he made the process very easy! He was always available for the showings of the houses and had all the documents ready to go in a timely manner - especially since the houses were selling very fast! I felt like he was accessible and answered all my questions thoroughly - He also has a background in construction and when doing walkthroughs of the houses he'd be able to point out areas that we should take a closer look at.
