Phil is awesome! He listens well. He helped us find exactly the home we were looking for. He was very fast at getting us to see houses. There was a few times that I emailed him a new listing after midnight and he was able to get us to see the house that day. He is very organized. At closing, he had all of our documents in binders with color pictures included. He even had our inspection in a binder with color pictures. He also gave us a usb flash drive with all the documents on it. He knows Indianapolis very well and was always on time to every place we wanted to look at. He always had printed materials for the places we wanted to look at ready when we went to look at them. I am very glad we met Phil. He is a credit to his trade and a very pleasant person to be around. He made the whole process of buying a home very smooth. At closing, he gave us a rubber stamp with our new address on it. I've already been recommending him to other people who are looking to buy. With that being said we were very over whelmed with process since this would be our first experience. Phil walked us through everything and was very patient with all of our questions. If he wasn't for sure an answer (which was very rare) he would follow up almost immediately.
