Hello. My name is Tim Hall. Many of my friends call me Timbo, and you can also. I'd love to provide you some background information about myself and why I sought to become a real estate broker. I grew up in Middletown and I am a proud 2005 graduate of Shenandoah High School. Go Raiders! I was blessed to meet my wife, Kayla, during high school, and we were married in 2010. Kayla owns and operates Torchlight Counseling in Middletown, Indiana. We both are grateful believers in Jesus Christ and we are actively involved in our church, Northview Church Anderson Campus. Kayla and I were blessed with the opportunity to adopt our son, Thomas, in 2019. We have another son, with four legs, named Ronnie, which is our golden retriever.
Historically, I have been professionally involved in healthcare since 2004. I first started out as an EMT, then completed my Bachelor's in Nursing degree at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009, then completed my Paramedic training in 2010, and most recently I completed my Masters in Science Nursing through Marquette University in 2019 and became an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Since 2009 I have served the residents of Indianapolis, Marion County, Madison County, Grant County, Delaware County, and Henry County through my various roles as a nurse and paramedic. Additionally, I spent approximately 5 years serving a broader geographical range of Hoosiers by working as a flight nurse on a critical care transport helicopter. Now I currently work full time as a Nurse Practitioner in Henry County.
An obvious question would be, "Why would I feel lead to obtain my real estate broker's license?" The answer is simple. I have realized and have come to understand that my calling in life is to serve others. It truly brings me joy! I was blessed to figure this out at a young age and have received great satisfaction in the roles the I have functioned in previously. Outside of serving others as a healthcare practitioner, I have always enjoyed real estate. I soon realized, that a huge opportunity that existed to combine my passions of service and real estate would be to become a real estate broker, which I did in 2020. I am thrilled to pursue this avenue of service and forming personal and professional relationships that will allow me to serve for many years to come. Patients and families have put trust in me to care for them and their loved ones on some of the worst days in their lives, and I hope to continue to have that trust placed in me by my clients.
In my first two years of practice as a Realtor, I've achieved some notable accomplishments that I'd like to share with you, not to brag, but to demonstrate my commitment to serving my clients. Humbly, I was awarded the Rising Star Award for my local office at the completion of my fist year in business, and was awarded the F.C. Tucker Company state wide Rising Star Award at the end of my second yeart in business. Additioanlly, I sold over 5 million dollars worth of real estate in my second year, which qualified me for the F.C. Tucker President's Club Award.
