Tim Hall was a pleasure to work with. He took a lot of time up front to walk us through every aspect of the home buying process. It was never hard to get with Tim. He always adapted to our schedule. He was very responsive. Early on, he asked if we were comfortable with texting. We assured him we were. In most cases, responses to texts were within 1-10 minutes. When we needed to talk with him on the phone, within 5 minutes we were either talking with him or he had scheduled a time for us to call. If he didn't know the answer to a question, we were put in contact with someone who did, and Tim ALWAYS checked back with us to make sure there was follow through from others who were supposed to help us. At one point in the process, things slowed down to the point of aggravation. We were using a law firm that had served us well in the past, but for whatever reason, we were not getting to the top of the priority list this time. After two weeks, we talked with Tim. He recommended a lawyer. We reached out to him. Things moved along quickly from that point on. If you are looking for a realtor who is attentive, present, and responsive, you are not going to find anyone better thanTim Hall! If I need a realtor in the future, he will be the one I call.
