Hello, I'm an older home but like fine wine,I have improved with age. My owners have given me new windows (last year),new carpet on my upper level this year and on my lower level 5 years ago. My roof was striped off and replaced 5 years ago. They bought me a new C/A unit and furnace 3 years ago. My interior has been freshly painted. I'm close to the grade school and the high school. I'm with-in walking distance to town. I have 4 nice bedrooms, 3 baths,a large living room and a family room. I have a 3 seasons room and a patio also. I have a large 2.5 car garage. All of my appilances and window treatments are staying with me. I'm looking for a new family. They must love and care for me like my previous family did.
