TIm did a great job for us in selling our house. He researched the area and understood the market very well. With this knowledge he recommended an asking price which was higher than I had originally projected. He aggressively marketed our house and as a result we received more than our asking price with a pre-qualified buyer. Our house sold very quickly and the process leading to closing went very smoothly. Bottom line: We received approximately $15K more (after paying all realtor's fees, etc.) than I had projected we would have cleared had I sold the house myself. 9/13/18

Tim went above the call of duty to help make this sale happen. He stuck with it and truly acted as an owner's agent to assist and seeing that improvements on house where completed and maintained in my absence.  Our home was located in a hard to sell market but Tim got done!   

In selling my family home, I was anticapting a long ordeal.  Turns out Tim, took made this seling of this home easy and seemless.  He took charge of getting all the documents done correcty, instructed me on what to do to get the home ready and pricing of our home correctly.  Sold the house quickly and I will have to say, made what I thought was going to be a struggle into a pleasant experience.
