Ryne Shadday

Ryne comes to Bloomington via Alexandria, Indiana (“Small Town, U.S.A.”), where he worked in new home construction and remodeling in his early working years. He moved to Bloomington to attend Indiana University and has lived here the last fourteen years.

After nearly a decade of working in higher education at both Indiana University and Ivy Tech Community College, Ryne started his Real Estate career in 2017 and is proud to be with F.C. Tucker Bloomington REALTORS®. Having developed a sharp eye from his experience in construction and remodeling, he is excited to find you the home of your dreams, or sell your property to someone who is looking for that perfect home. Ryne has always been active member of the community, maintaining connections to a diverse group of individuals and businesses in the greater Bloomington area.

He is distinct for the depth and variety of his volunteer efforts in Bloomington. Earning “Program of the Year” by Indiana University’s Commission on Multicultural Understanding, his “Friday Night Bagels” program connected people from the IU community and Bloomington at large. Ryne’s work with WFHB Community Radio, as well as being named their “2017 Volunteer of the Year,” attest to his commitment to excellence and drive to achieve. In 2017, Ryne was appointed to the Bloomington Human Rights Commission by Mayor John Hamilton and now serves as Vice-Chair, and he was recently elected to IU's LGBTQ+ Alumni Association. In the more than 10 years that Ryne has called Bloomington home, he has not just been a member of the community – he has actively and fervently worked to better the city.

Call Ryne for all of your real estate needs.
